Mist Stop

Modern CNC equipment and closer machining tolerances often require the implementation of high-pressure coolant delivery pumps. These pumps deliver flow rates with a higher PSI and mbar ratings than standard coolant delivery. They protect the machine tool and create higher emission levels (i.e., more mist & smoke).

The Solution

The Absolent solution offers unique filter selection media for high-density concentrations of sub-micronic particulate for a flexible solution with multiple cassette options for the ODF and ODR series (future nomenclature change from Absolent to A-Smoke and A-Mist). This allows a customer to modify standard units in the event they change a process from standard coolant delivery to high-pressure coolant delivery.
