UNI-WASH MACHINEMASTER OIL AND WATER MIST COLLECTORS, 2000 CFM to 12,000 CFM
MachineMaster systems effectively remove contaminants by drawing them through a vertical upward flow pattern of complex filter stages. Of modular configuration, larger MachineMaster systems are easily installed on self-supporting leg sections next to an existing operation, or they may be wall or ceiling mounted. Gravity assists in continuous drainage of the filter media and allows for longer filter life. MachineMaster systems are available in 2000, 4000, and 6000 CFM configurations. Systems in 8,000 and 12,000 CFM configurations are also available. Varying Motor/Blower Cells, Triple Impinger Cells, HEPA Filter Cells and Carbon Filter Cells will increase efficiency and allow for capture of excessive water/fluid mist, smoke and odors. Built of mild steel and painted inside and out, MachineMaster Mist Collectors provide a total solution for control of oil or water mist pollutants.
